Description

Our Client who is well known within the Financial Services Field is now wishing to meet with an individual with experience of working in a pressurised Contact Centre environment whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy and meeting tight deadlines.
 
Key responsibilities for this role are:

Administering the following activities on a diverse team:
Policies that require manual administration while they are undergoing fixes.
Policies that are fully manual.
Manual processes, including errored policy reviews and errored annual statements. 
 
Qualifications / Skills

 
* You need to be able to undertake a diverse workload and want the challenge of developing knowledge from undertaking a diverse workload.
 
* Educated to 5 GCSEs or equivalent (Grade C or above – including Maths and English) or have proven work experience in a similar role or environment.
 
* Any further business related experience or higher education qualifications will be an advantage though not essential.
 
* Life & pensions experience would be an advantage.
 
* A basic level of computer literacy is required.
